FEES:
Part-time general counsel services are billed on a monthly retainer basis for a defined scope of work. Nancy also offers services on an hourly rate, flat fee or project based billing for a defined scope of services. Fees will be mutually agreed upon and hourly rates will be substantially less than rates charged by attorneys of similar experience at a traditional law firm. Compensation will be documented in a retainer agreement. New clients may be requested to provide a retainer, which must be paid upfront.
